Little Moments Are the Medicine

Good morning, afternoon, or evening, dear Shining Ones, wherever on our beautiful planet you may be.

Yes, I am here on the same Earth as you, witnessing the same headlines, the same turbulence, the same collective waves that can sometimes feel heavy on the human heart. I do not ignore those things. I am what I lovingly call an optimistic realist. I see what is happening, I feel it deeply, and yet… I choose not to live there.

Why?

Because I believe in something better. Not a fantasy. Not denial. Not spiritual bypassing wrapped in glitter and incense. I mean something real, tangible, alive. For me, that “something better” often arrives in very simple ways. An unexpected phone call from my son. A sweet conversation with a stranger that suddenly feels meaningful. Petting one of the neighborhood dogs who runs over with a wagging tail and open heart. Finding a cactus blooming in the desert, quietly offering beauty in a place many would call harsh. Little moments.

And yet, isn’t life actually built from little moments? When I really think about it, the moments that have shaped me most were rarely the grand events. They were the pauses. The connections. The moments that gently brought me back to myself. Back to presence.

Because presence is where I notice love again. And if I am honest, presence is often the first thing that disappears when the noise of the world grows loud. That is why I return, over and over, to what feels real, grounding, and nourishing to the soul.

Now more than ever, I trust in our collective purpose to help transform consciousness, because I see evidence of it every single day. I see it in the women inside our courses who begin to believe in themselves again. I see it in the tenderness people share with one another. I see it in the courage of human beings who continue opening their hearts after disappointment, grief, or uncertainty.

And as I continue bringing through the wisdom of the Pleiadian Star Mothers, I witness something beautiful happening: people remember themselves. The teachings are not about escaping humanity. They are about becoming more deeply, divinely human, more compassionate, more aware, more connected to the sacredness woven into everyday life.

One of my favorite places in our courses is actually the comments section. That little corner has become a kind of sacred gathering place for me. Women share their experiences, breakthroughs, tears, synchronicities, moments of courage, and quiet awakenings. They share how a meditation helped them breathe again. How a practice softened anxiety. How they finally felt seen. Those words are gifts to me. More precious moments.

And perhaps that is what I most want to say today: We are stronger together. Even if you and I never meet in person. Even if we only cross paths through a newsletter, a video, or a shared meditation. Even from miles apart, we are still participating in something sacred together.

I truly believe that.

I believe we help hold one another up energetically.
I believe love travels farther than fear.
I believe coherence matters.
I believe kindness changes fields.
I believe the human heart is far more powerful than we have been taught.

And perhaps most of all, I believe that we are the medicine.

By healing our own lives, by becoming more conscious, more compassionate, more present, we quietly participate in the creation of a new humanity. Will it take time? Yes. But moment by moment, choice by choice, heart by heart… we are doing it. And I am very glad we are in this together.

Shining love out to you,
