  Discern which field is asking for your attention
• Test your existing medicines and elixirs for resonance
• Determine whether one medicine, several, or no medicine is needed
• Create an individualized field-based elixir
• Apply and observe your medicine over time
• Deepen your trust in your own signals and developing discernment
